Deepgram is looking for a Mid Market/Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customers and revenue to our rapidly growing company. You will have the opportunity to sell a patented world-class speech recognition system that has been enabling our customers to achieve things previously not attainable with automated speech recognition. What You'll Do
- Self-prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, as well as partnering with the Marketing and SDR teams to generate meetings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness
- Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to articulate Deepgram’s value proposition fully
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, work with CSMs to drive upsell opportunities and manage existing accounts ongoing

Deepgram is looking for an ambitious Product Manager to support the strategy and development of Deepgram’s voice AI products. As a Product Manager you will drive product design, both from an API and UI perspective, and partner with research and engineering to develop products that help us reach customer success and operational goals. Your enthusiasm and obsession for driving innovation and creating the best user experience will shine as you collaborate with customers and stakeholders to create specs, translate those into technical requirements, and deliver simple to use experiences. - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cutting edge new AI products and experience including inception, prototyping, development, launch, marketing, and customer support.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and users

Opportunity
Deepgram is looking for an Engineering Manager to help drive our integration, automation, and support processes. Deepgram is the leader in developer-friendly building blocks for language AI. As such, this role directly impacts the customer’s first impressions of Deepgram’s products and uniquely influences the customer’s buying decisions. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers who help identify and solve fundamental customer issues, as well as drive customer engagement and communication, by building AI automation. By partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will execute on the next-generation vision for our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of multi-disciplined applied engineers to provide engineering support for the full customer life-cycle (pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales)
- Create and improve business processes to collect customer feedback, triage and escalate customer issues, and prioritize automation
- Work closely with the rest of the leadership and product management team on product strategy and roadmap refinement with customer-obsessed thinking
- Oversee technical design, task decomposition, and daily standups to ensure the team is executing on schedule
- Engage hands-on with technical solutions for quality control, reproducing issues, and data analysis, including reviewing and authoring code
- Lead the creation of features and product releases by being closely involved with the product development, design, and review
- Work with other team leads from across the organization on cross-functional projects, help identify the critical paths, and resolve dependencies
- Hold regular 1-on-1s with direct reports, help them navigate challenges, and coach them for their career development

The Role
Deepgram is currently looking for strong Research Scientists who have demonstrated experience in solving hard problems using deep learning. At Deepgram, you will apply your skills to uncover breakthroughs that define the future of voice-enabled applications and experiences. Your work will revolve around harnessing vast audio and text datasets to train foundation models that go beyond transcribing speech and comprehending text -- the models you’ll be building will unlock nuanced meanings in complex conversation, adapt robustly to diverse speech patterns, and generate empathic responses with human-like, contextualized speech. You will collaborate with product & engineering to help deploy these models in the most scalable voice API on the planet. - Design and carry out experimental programs to build new speech and language AI foundation models across modalities and tasks, that solve critical problems for our customers.
- Drive large-scale training jobs successfully on massive distributed computing infrastructure.
- Optimize model architectures to make them as fast and memory-efficient as possible; deploy new models into production for use at massive scale.
- Document and present results and complex technical concepts clearly for internal and external audiences
- Stay up to date with the latest advances in deep learning with a particular eye towards their implications and applications within our products.

- Strong software engineering skills with particular emphasis on developing clean, modular code in Python and working with Pytorch.

- Prior industry experience in building deep learning models to solve complex problems, with a solid understanding toward the applications and implications of different neural network types, architectures, and loss mechanisms.
- Deep understanding and experience working with state-of-the-art network architectures including transformers.
