This role is highly collaborative and works directly with all departments at the company and is critical to supporting our business partners in ensuring they have the best possible vendors and tech stack while shielding the company from excessive risk. Attention to detail and a desire to change the status quo are critical for the success of this role. This role will report to the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of vendor contracts across all departments while ensuring all contracts align with and are in the best interest of the business
- Maintain internal contract documents and all related metadata with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders; including, Legal, Information Security, Executive Leadership and more while fostering trust and transparency with key stakeholders
- Independently track and report on contractual commitments for our major vendors during recurring vendor reviews with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in in direct procurement with 2+ years of experience in a SaaS procurement, vendor management and business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with legal terminology, contract structures and commercial terms
- Experience using vendor management software, research subscriptions, or other tools/resources to guide decision-making

The base pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. As a Data Engineer, you will help drive the direction of our Data Warehouse, work hands-on with teammates across the organization to get access to relevant data, and empower teams to make data driven decisions about the direction of our business. - Experience with data modeling in a data warehouse environment (Kimball, Inmon, DataVault). We use Kimball and DataVault 2.0
- Experience with creating code-based data pipelines (we use Python and SQL) and orchestrating them with tools such Apache Airflow, Luigi, Dagster. We use Airflow.
- Experience building data pipelines from structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data.
- Experience working with version control tools (e.g. git). We use Git/Github.
- Experience working within the Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) paradigm. We use Gitlab CI/CD.
