  About the Team

At Roku, our Ads Manager product team is building the interface and services to help democratize connected TV advertising for businesses of all sizes. The product team works cross-functionality to understand user needs and market opportunities, collaborates on a thoughtful go-to-market plan to drive the success of the latest features, analyzes data, and works hand-in-hand across multiple engineering and UX teams. The product team's largest contribution is to provide the "what and why" strategy for feature development and ensure the success of the business line.

 

About the Role

The Product Manager role for the Roku Ads Manager platform is a highly strategic and data-driven role that requires a strong end-to-end understanding of an ad stack, the ebbs and flows of the advertising industry, a strong product sense, and a bias for action. The ideal candidate will have experience in core product management, with a track record of shipping software products. They should also have experience with qualitative and quantitative methods to understand consumer behavior and experience running large-scale A/B experiments to iterate over products and features. They'll identify new market opportunities, define the "what and why" statements for product features, prioritize the backlog, and drive cross-functional success between UX, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and many more. This is an opportunity for true entrepreneurs-at-heart to grow a business from the ground up.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define, design, and deliver new features for the Roku Ads Manager platform

  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data to ensure that the platform is meeting the needs of our users

  • Work with a cross-functional team to bring new features to market

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and teams to ensure that the platform is integrated with other strategic products and services

  • Track program risks, help drive mitigations, and represent status to the broader leadership team

  • Deliver thoughtful and well-designed products at a timely pace

  • Know the customer and relentlessly advocate in their best interest

  • Be tenacious. Do whatever it takes to keep your team moving, perfection is the enemy of progress

We’re excited if you have:

  • 3+ years of core product management experience, with a track record of shipping software products

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative experimentation methods

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams as the product owner in an agile environment (prioritization, daily stand-ups, epics, and stories are all second nature) 

  • Comfort building a lean business in an evolving and dynamic environment

  • Have a strong bias for action, and balance strategy and execution effectively to drive results

  • Strong ad experience is important as you'll be working to launch features from sign-up to ad optimization to payments

  • Experience in self-service products, we are empowered to run a lean automated business

  • Experience in oRTB and auction dynamics preferred

The Vehicle Solutions team is responsible for building and maintaining the services and vehicle data for Enterprise Mobility’s fleet of cars. As a Senior IT Business Analyst on this team, you will work to enforce the full lifecycle of the vehicle, from the time our cars are ordered to when they are finally sold as used vehicles.

 

The Vehicle Solutions team interacts closely and supports the suite of client team applications that the business uses to interact with the vehicle lifecycle. This team also works closely with many different rental client teams such as tablets, kiosks, mobile applications and rental application systems to rent, track and maintain our fleet. Now is an exciting time to join this team, as we are currently working on several new initiatives that will focus on simplifying our vehicle solution as well as continuing to expand the mobile solutions needed to maintain our fleet.

 

In this role as a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping product design by leading the gathering of requirements on concept development, resolving issues, performing gap and risk analysis and delivering detailed development documentation to support Agile product development. You will serve as the primary interface between the business, client software teams, product owners, software engineers and QA testers to implement new functionality and modifications in various Vehicle Solution Products. You will play a leading role in shaping product design by gathering, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements across all of our products to support the Agile product development. This will include using SQL and REST/SOAP-based webservices to perform gap and risk analysis to support our products.

 

Here, you will present information, and track and respond to client questions as they interact with our services. You will be responsible for demonstrating your leadership capabilities in meeting facilitation, collaborating, conflict resolution and obtaining your desired results from team members. We are seeking an energetic and motivated sales professional with strong sales skills and channel experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of new account or business development experience with a proven track record of engaging the Partner ecosystem to drive success.   • Effective prospecting and lead management building a 3-5X pipeline within your territory
  • Predominant focus on closing business in companies with between 51 and 1000 employees
  • Managing and reporting a sales pipeline within our CRM, bringing the visibility of the revenue accurately, quarterly
  • Territory planning and any sales support required
  • Focus on activities and opportunities delivering short term and long-term revenue
  • Effective and regular networking to attract and influence Partner sales and grow our Partner relationships
  • Use your existing relationships to recruit and onboarding new partners, get them to agree to engage in proactive demand generation activities
  • Maintain a regional partner plan mapping partner strengths (customer relationships, vertical focus, technology specialty) to accounts and target opportunities
  • Track and manage lead flow both inbound and outbound between partners and the Bitwarden Sales team. Proactively communicate with Bitwarden sales leaders on the channel pipeline and forecast
  • Work closely with marketing to deliver marketing events/programs/campaigns that create interest and awareness among partners’ customers. Build and execute joint partner business plans with measurable success
  • Set financial goals for focus partners and ensure goals achievement
  • Drive multiple key channel initiatives in parallel across technical, professional services, and sales

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • Located in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.  IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience at a startup or pre $100M revenue company is desirable
  • A proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue
  • Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region will be necessary
  • Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multitask, work independently or within a team
  • Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing and public speaking.

As the Director of Procurement, reporting to the VP, Finance and Principal Accounting Officer, you will establish and strategically build CarGurus’ procurement function from its current foundational state, shaping policies, systems, and processes designed to optimize efficiency, enhance cost-effectiveness, and support the company's long-term strategic objectives. Role Overview

As a Senior Accounts Receivable & Billing Analyst, you’ll serve as a vital link between Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations. In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end billing and accounts receivable (AR) functions, helping to ensure accurate financial operations and a smooth customer experience.   • Troubleshoots and optimizes automation, reliability, and monitoring for delivered products.

  • Partners with engineering and development teams to create and maintain documentation for cloud platforms, CI/CD processes and onboarding application infrastructure into the Cloud.

  • Proven track record with at least 15+ years of hands-on experience in multi cloud environments.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leadership or senior roles; demonstrating the ability to guide and lead a team effectively.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Cloud and automation technologies, such as Azure, GCP, Git, ADO, Terraform and other technologies that facilitate technical implementation of DevOps.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing solutions on the cloud using any of the modern languages (Java, C#, Go)

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000. The Role

  • Execute and maintain the roadmap by working cross-functionally with members of the product team, engineering team, business team, finance team, legal team, operations team, marketing team and more

Basic Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of product management experience, preferably working on digital products at a global scale.
  • Skilled at identifying key issues/questions, analyzing/visualizing data and then telling a compelling story to senior business partners and key stakeholders to help influence and/or determine important decisions.
  • You have the ability to rigorously prioritize while articulating your product roadmap across business teams and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability of collaborating with a diverse set of partners and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of good UX and copy; You’ve worked with product designers and copywriters to provide actionable & valuable feedback.
  • You have familiarity with the streaming video industry and understand the different value propositions that all the market leaders offer their customers.
