Your Responsibilities

  • Adheare to inbound lead SLA's and conversions
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to increase the opportunity pipeline and receive coaching
  • Offer a first great first impression of Boomi solutions to our prospects and customers and conduct them to the next sales stage
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities

This is a hybrid role in Sydney - 2-3 days per week in Office  

  

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Aspiration to develop your career in technology sales
  • Experience with the latest technologies and best practices in inbound/outbound sales tools like Salesforce (or other relevant CRMs)

The Experience You Bring

  • Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX), SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Excel. Experience with ETL processes and data modeling is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analyst role within a SaaS company is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify key insights, and communicate findings effectively.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality in all reports and analyses.

  • Proven experience managing scale, reliability and performance challenges managing distributed applications on cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform is advantageous), both managed and self-hosted solutions.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Bitwarden, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the Bitwarden team and product through cloud technology. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of the Bitwarden cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on quality that translates directly to user delight
  • Evaluate current infrastructure and, on a regular basis, make recommendations for reliability, security, availability, scalability and cost management
  • Implement site reliability tools, monitoring, early warning and alert systems, and observability across Bitwarden cloud environments
  • Respond to infrastructure based outages; participate and contribute to ongoing strategy for 24x7 support (There is an on-call rotation with a weekend shift every 5-6 weeks)

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN
