Opportunity

Deepgram is looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to support our customers, prospects, and community by delivering world-class deep learning solutions and using state-of-the-art A.I. techniques to automate support, where applicable. You will work closely with Deepgram’s go-to-market team, researchers, and other engineers to identify technologies, integrations, and workflows to streamline the support experience. Your work will help identify and solve fundamental customer issues by building automated solutions. By interacting with prospective and signed customers and customer tickets directly, you’ll be able to create new training data and vet our automation tooling. You will triage immediate issues, problem-solve subtle and evasive bugs, and make product improvements to our production codebase to enhance the customer experience. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Alliances Team Leader to drive our commercial partner sales team. What You'll Do

  • Strategic Partnership Development:

The Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and talent development.
  • Experience in high velocity sales environments
  • Experience with Systems Integrators, ISV’s, and resell partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Hybrid role 3 times a week in office

  • Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Join Boomi as a Solutions Architect, EMEA Partner Ecosystem on our Sales Engineering team in EMEA. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to support our channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sophisticated products, applications, services, and solutions that empower our partners to deliver innovative and relevant solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a technology plan for channel partners, including future state architectures, tactical initiatives, and business-relevant technology solutions.
  • Research and communicate technology, industry, and market trends, mentoring partners on their application.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive solutions, including other iPaaS tools and on-premise legacy systems, to efficiently address partner needs; understanding of solutions such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and TIBCO is essential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner decision-makers, from executive levels to technical architects and development teams.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience in a vendor, partner, or service provider role.
  • Ability to influence key partner decision-makers and bridge the gap between traditional middleware and modern iPaaS solutions, as well as API management and microservices architecture.
  • 10 or more years of related experience in a relationship-selling role.
  • Expertise in sophisticated products and services offerings, with knowledge or certification in ETL processes, messaging systems, and cloud integration.
  • Understanding of database technologies, identity and access management (IAM), and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of the ISV partner ecosystem in EMEA

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $160,000- $186,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
